    You really don't need to worry about all this. Trust me. Here it is -- I am running a dual-boot laptop system that runs far more than just Sim City! I have Intel i7 running 2.6GHz - and only 8 Gigs split dual-RAM. But I have dual-graphics cards running over a Gig of NVidia! I also run Crysis 3 and 3d rendering programs -- Zbrush, 3ds Max, Maya on this thing! The KEY HERE -- is Graphics Cards PLURAL! I love Sim City -- and have NO PROBBLEMS running it! This is also the Best Time of year to get Best Deals on Newegg and Amazon -- End of year clearance etc. Have Fun and Enjoy the game!

    The layout of these rivers -- PERFECT -- provide built-in zoning sectors and much more waterfront for the R zones! Now we just need this in variant sizes to choose from too

    That island is Great! And the waterfront area is going to be a great starting point for me to link up into some more rivers I will put in with some more small lakes like you have. I can never get mountains to turn out well so thanks a lot for that too!

    I would also like to get any info regarding mods/updates that can allow my Sim City 4 to make better use of my dual graphics cards.

    And finally -- When will be able to get new sim city graphics, 3d assets, etc to also have the joy of region editor like Sim City 4?

    Adding helicopter to it from the army base, I wish I could just do it myself.

    The ONLY suggestion is to place another building along-side the right side of the house to make it appear larger like a mansion instead of one fancy building, two.

Unless you said "but modding is more than..." then I would have to agree. The ONLY suggestion I have, is to place another building on the long open side on the right of the house. HELICOPTER PAD=GREAT IDEA Adding helicopter to it from the army base, would be 5 stars instead of 4.
