For the streetlights, does it have to be wealthy development for them to appear or just any high wealth building? Because I can't see them.

I have a very strange problem. When I load a specific city, the game crashes to the desktop. This has only happened with one city, and the others run fine without incidence.

Depends on what you mean. R$ residents will move into any new zoning development available. Sometimes, however, the services available (equal coverage) boosts demand in that zone after a period of time meaning that R$ residents will get the boot from the middle and upper class residents. Your best bet would be to have business and industry to that specific economic group in the area to slow a redevelopment overhaul.

don't forget that one way roundabouts are 3x3 tiles and street and road roundabouts are only 2x2. The one way roundabout gives you the opportunity to place a nice little plaza or something in the middle

I know where rockAteer is coming from. It crashes sometimes on my system so I try and save as often as possible so that if it does crash, I don't loose much in the way of city development. -
If by "who" you mean what tater-salad means? It's just a strange nickname.

Hi. Im 16, and I live in the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. I've been a die hard fan of sim city ever since the first time i touched SC2K in 1998. Europe vs America vs Asia vs Oceania

Well, I'm a patriotic son of a gun and i'm going to say the USA. I have been to Europe, namely Paris, London, Berlin, Krakow, Poland and other places. Europe is a nice continent, but the pace of life is a little too different for me. If you've been on the autoban you know what i mean I'd like to visit Asia someday, and i'd really like to go to Australia, because of their funny trademark "so where the hell are ya?" -
I'd build power and water networks. It saves the hassle of worrying about typing in the cheat code everytime you start the city.
