For this building specifically, there are inaccuracies (like the number of floors). You included most features of the building, but I don't feel like you did them with much care, specificity, or attention to detail. I don't think you captured the character of this building, which is an important thing to do for recreations.

I think that you should focus more on quality instead of speed. I feel like you could do a much better job if you spend the proper amount of time on each BAT before moving on to the next one.

I've rated this a 3/5, but I think that you're capable of doing much much better. I think people would rather see one really good upload a month instead of 2 ok uploads a month.

thats how the roof looks...look it up before you make stupid remarks like that

Nice - wish they had jobs, though. They'd be like perpetual construction projects that never get finished, much like some buildings in real life...some trucks and people props might help to juice these up a little bit...

Details are good enough for me, too many details, too many pixels anyways. Good job. I don't like the roof though, not your model, but the real thing. ;)

this is very cool and I like it but the ground is too grey, need some vehicles like madhatter said and mabye some grass areas...and make the dirt more....dirt color. overall awesome job

Very nice construction lots indeed. The best ones yet, maybe the wood looks a little too old to be new.....but that's a detail I can live with.

I Agree With BhBurge8 Completely You Should Try Bartlesville They Have Some Cool Buildings Or Maybe Even A Mall. I Appreciate The Oklahoma Work Though:)

Looks great, lots of little details. I agree with plasticboy in that the set needs some variety, but this is great for people who need a few construction sites for their CJs. Also agree with madhatter106 about having a few jobs in these "perpetual" construction projects. And +1 points to citywolf's comment for his ability to rate on quality despite not necessarily wanting the lots for himself!

Its very nice, but... why would they be needed? What is their function (beside aesthetics--though I don't know who would consider this aesthetic). You can, but why?

Nothing for me but you get 5/5 anyway for awsome detail!

You should look into regular automobiles like Toyotas or Fords as another project. Or maybe even military vehicles.

Very Nice Idea..this is something I had been meaning to do for myself you saved me a lot of trouble

nope, they are props. you need to put them on lots yourself :p or wait for mrbisonm to do it:P

Great idea! This gives me the itch to BAT a bank building...

Great work once again! Btw, will you create additional instances for your delicious previous (older) works, e.g. the Fedex/UPS trucks?

Wow, a lot of these have been coming up on the stex. Very nice Glenni, thanks for sharing :D

you should put all these into a set so people can download them all at once or choose ones that they want to unzip from it. It would make it so much easier for me

To be honest, this looks tremendously nice and the combination of both CD's and Peg's makes it even better.

Nice concept, I might like to see it work though, I don't know if that would be possible because the game only likes to use 2 ways. If you ever edit this, you could do some extra pieces of train cars sitting on the track.

Hmm...looks intriguing...however, I think getting the gates up will be more attractive than what you have now.

Just like your previous works, this is an excellent job. However, I would urge Mr. Black to perhaps start an air purification business in addition to these three. Presumably it would fit into an industrial area very well, just like these three previous works. And, as basically everyone knows, those are the very areas that suffer the worst air pollution at first... Still, nice job!

I'm confused beyond belief. So if a sim is riding a tram, it suddenly turns into a train?? The picture offers no clue. All I can say is WTF.

Heres a word of advice: NOBODY PUTS MONORAILS IN THE GHETTO. This looks pretty wack anyway.

Niice! you DID get his permission, right? If not, next time, ask Armandeus to get it. I'm sure he'll arrange something.
