Hi all, do you know where I could find this building please?

Found it in Mitsos airport journal and I like the contemporary feature of this building, would look good in my city!

@Leonard Lechien  Hi this is a personal lot of the Songdo Convensia by @jijdlswns aka dlswns2002 or letsbe on cafe naver and I think the terminals of the AC Mega Props Vol03 in the SC4D LEX Legacy Ultimate Airport Pack. Unfortunately I did not find a link for the Songdo Convensia on dlswns2002's page

I’m not 100% sure from this angle, but I suspect that it’s the Quais de Seine by JENX. I am glad you clarified this. When I read your first post about it being a personal lot, I wondered how one could re-lot v2 into the BAT in the airport image. Good to know that they are actually two different ones. Sorry for the confusion.

I have been looking for the haunted house for this file   model was made by cycledogg but I'm not finding it in the propppacks

What´s missing ? Industrial lots by Kloud kicker !

There might be SM2 Megaprops older version, these Bats by Kloud kicker, Man vs Machine and U Move Express. Last smaller lots show nothing missing so what might it be ?

When I ran these files, the vehicles seem to be what you are missing.

They appear to be provided by a couple of files in Simmer2's Essential Pack v4. Funny though, when I remove the files, the vehicles disappear, but no missing model flags appear as in your case.

[SM2 essential v4] declares Vehicle Families, you must of course have the vehicles (the models). Here it looks like Girafe cars. If you remove the Family declarations (models present in Plugins): no "Missing Props" Flags but no Props on the Lots, but if you don't have the models ... Flags !! (brown box).

The same can be found in the Common Dependencies Pack on SC4Evermore. Bear in mind this is NOT the remastered prop set on the same name, this is the updated original version.

The farmhouse in the picture is in CSX MEGA Props - Vol06 v3 from the Common Dependencies Pack on SC4Evermore.

Thanks, that explains it. I did notice the Essential files having the 'Family' reference...

Also thanks... It made me look a litle deeper. I actually did not think I had Girafe's set installed - hence the 'funny' part... :???:

Turns out I did have it in a deep, dark folder in my plugins... :blush:  And without it, the flags did appear.

Usually, listed dependency are sufficient to install succesfully. This wasn't a issue with the SM2 files. Suggested checked files where fine. Where I went wrong was the assumption Giraffe car pack  1-2 remaster was a replacement of the original car pack. When something is wrong, except reading the readme these might be supersedef by time.  Mention the model files I came to the sollution. Community is there to help each other, Thank you !

Somewhere I replied, that both of those ancient buildings from CP has been restored in the CSX Mega Props Vol06 v3 (in the Common Dependencies). Yeah in this thread @sejr99999:

I swear there was some sort of mod, cheat, something which changed income in a way in which you could lower taxes to something like 0.5% and still make money? I remember it wasn't like a "money tree" or anything you plopped, but can't remember much else.:???:

I'm not aware of the mod itself, but I know how it would've been coded. I have my own which I call AgPays5x and it's altering one entry in the Budget Tuning Parameters. There are properties for every other developer type too. For 0.5% tax to pay the same as 9% it would need a multiplier of 18 if I've done the mental math right.

If no one points out the existing one you are looking for, I can make a mod for you.

Hi! Many thanks for the offer. My memory is so vague with this mod, but I think it increased the money earned from taxes so you could lower the rates. I THINK. lol. I may not even need the mod, I'm just trying to "calculate" which would be the best tax rates for an American town/city, maybe even historically (say turn of the century 1900) because that's what I'm trying to build and I just wanted to get as much realism as possible. And I find the 9-9-9 plan a little boring lol.

Yep. That's a very logical way to do it and is what I've described.

For my own play style with my farms paying 5 times as much at the same 9% then I have enough to fund fire stations, medical (with fine tuned slider settings), and schools. Once I get bigger cities going their regular tax amounts allow me to keep my financial nose above water.

I'll try some searching on the STEX and see if I can find the one you remember. Ofc, if it was on Devotion or elsewhere it won't show up even if we knew the exact name.

It wasn't on Devotion, because I saw it within the last year. It may have just been something someone uploaded in a thread. God damn my poor memory! Anyway I just think taxes in the game are a bit limiting, but then I wouldn't want it to be a finance simulation either. I'm not looking exactly to make money, as the Moolah cheat is the safest way to do that anyway, I just wanted to find something that modified the system in an interesting way, but looking through both the mods and cheats sections I couldn't find anything that modified taxes, at least from what I can see. 

I guess 9-9-9 is kind of a dream scenario realistically anyway. In the UK its currently 20% to 45% income tax depending on the bracket.

Well, what if I make one that simply doubles the income from all taxes? Then you have a larger lower range you can set them and still receive a decent income without going overboard?
