Hey guys! I hope you're doing well. I'm looking for this building. I spotted it when looking into @Girafe's recently updated CB21 Tower so, if the pictures are not updated, this was probably released not later than 2011. So, if one of you guys know this building, please let me know! 😉

I ended up finding it here in this former German site. It's the Deutscher Dom by @debussyman but, apparently, the site is down and I can't find it anywhere else. Any clues? Does anyone have this building in the Plugins folder ?

I did not have time last night going through on Debussyman's former LEX collection to check if it was his, but I suspected. It's gonna be rehosted on SC4Evermore in the following months, like most of the things that were formerly available on LEX and or on the SimcityKurier site.

I have his original that was uploaded to LEX. We have everything that was hosted on LEX. It's just a matter of time. It's still under revision what contents will be rehosted in packages and what's coming as individual upload. What I want to avoid that different versions of the same thing with SAME IDs and whatnot is running on different sites, because that would just double my workload. The whole thing with SG's and Deadwoods files are kind of a nightmare already as sometimes there are significant modding differences between the STEX and the former LEX versions...

This is Jenx Fire Station, screenshot from Internet, that comes inside this pack:

I installed all the dependencies in that link, also, everything in my game works fine without any issues except for this fire station, when I put it on my city, the upper part of this fire Station shows a present box (which means missing prop i think), only that side of the fire station, North one. Checked every dependency, every prop, every tree mod...because I had a problem with that but I managed to install the missing dependencies for my tree mod wich is this:

 

Im running out of ideas now...which fild could I be missing? I don't really want to get rid of this awesome airport mod.

You might try this set (Link). When I treid the fire station, I had to install it for some of the vehicles. It's a repackaging of the sets named in the station's original readme.

Because it's not a common dependency :) There should be a upload with Diggis Ponds on Evermore, but the site has outages in the next few days as it was announced in this post. 

When the site is back, look for diggis in the search field and you will find it.

I know this is slightly off-topic, but also that there are great minds lurking in this thread.

I can't get PIMX to work on Win 10. This is the error I get every time on startup:

Download PIM-X from the SC4Evermore and follow the steps as you find the folders within the ZIP.

SC4 PIM by wouanagaine

Also install it as an ADMINISTRATOR. And always run it as an administrator...

A time ago someone asked where these buildings are but there was no awnser. I was interrested in this buidings too. They are probably from a set because they are in the same style. Does anyone know where these buildings are from?

It seems to be from the south america house pack or MBT, poor houses, Mexican plugins, now if it's from MBT, it's difficult to find, I don't remember their website, the south america houses pack I've already been here on STEX, and they looks like this i think

They're called catenaries and you can find assorted sets in the Transportation section of the STEX. You have to plop them.

On the first picture those catenary poles are either custom T21 props associated with the regular rail lines or custom lots with overhanging props alongside of the rail tracks. I don't know which prop set is used there, but because of the green colour I'm assuming it could be SFBT related.

On the second picture those overhead wires are coming with the Hybrid RailWay (HRW) mod from NAM. That's an inbuilt feature with the HRW and currently only the HRW has actual overhead wires (as you can see on the first image it only contains the poles, but no wires are showing up).

Thanks for the info! So, I'm a little confused as usual. Did the Maxis original rail have caternaries? I'm using RRW

So a mod like this doesn't work with the RRW?

I really like the high speed rail textures, are there FA3 pieces and can I transition from regular rail to high speed?

Hey, that's my city!

Like they mentioned before, those are Hybrid Railway (HRW) catenaries. For the ground rail, try plopping monorail (one at a time, don't drag it). You will need to use puzzle pieces for curves. Viaduct HRW is a bit tricker, but it more or less follows the same pattern.

That particular line is a now functional HRW line, which cost me a lot of blood, sweat and simoleons -- but the catenaries are neat so sometimes I just plop them in regular railways. If you have the money ($100/segment), then it's worth it.

By default none of the networks have them apart from HRW and when/if R-HSR will be released it's planned to be released with overhead wires and catenaries, but that's in the future.

It was quite a long time now when I installed these last time. For RRW you need the RUM for RRW and you need to follow the instructions. There is a chance that the released version on STEX is not the most recent version for RUM for RRW. You need to check @rivit's OneDrive repository for the most recent version. There is a file called 202209 RUM For RRW v7.45.zip which might be the latest version, but I'm not sure if it's entirely compatible with the NAM v46 and above versions of the RRW as there were changes in the code and pieces in recent updates.

The current High Speed Rail (HSR) mod is abandoned and considered as Legacy content. It likely won't get any new updates, so it's highly unlikely it will get an FA3 or other expansion. There isn't any direct transition between HSR and Rail as they are completely different travel types, however this is exactly the reason why Hybrid Rail (HRW) was invented. HRW is a mediator between the two networks it allows regular passanger and freight rail and (monorail based) high speed rail to use the tracks. But because of the current HSR is a legacy mod and won't get any further updates there is no visually smooth transition between HSR and HRW. As the HRW is a monorail based network you can connect the HSR and HRW tracks but it won't look good visually, though it will be functional. There is a direct and smooth connection between HRW and Regular rail (RRW), though.

Well currently HRW has by nature (as a feature) in-built catenaries. RRW might have T21 based catenary poles with 3rd party mods. Also you can find here and there ploppable catenary poles, which are likely park lots with overhanging props. As far as I know the Elevated Light Rail, the MonoRail, the G-HSR and HSR and the Ground Light Rail (GLR) and the dual networking El-Rail types (Tram-in-Road, Tram-on-Road, Tram-in-Avenue, Tram-on-Street, El-Rail over Avenue, El-Rail over RD4, Road, Street) doesn't have designated catenary poles nor any ploppable catenary lots, though in theory the the ones that you could use for rail might fit for the ground versions too. For sure there is very limited support (I'm talking about catenaries) for elevated networks.
