Hey guys, I'm usually here for giving answers but now I've got a question for you.

Does anybody know where can I find ploppable beaches which look fine with the Columbus / Italia terrain mod? I mean, Maxis default ones look terrible and I've seen others which simply override the texture underneath them. I need one that looks more natural and untropical than these.

Does anybody know where I can find this building and the dock? I have seen it once but I can't find it again...  TekindusT and Slystone2 are awesome!

pj9.jpg

Also, the same happened with these little buildings, does anyone have a link to all of those little house things all over the picture? (Biriali is awesome!)

update2d.jpg

These have the same houses as those in the other picture I showed, however they also have other ones (with the small pools and the tiny circular roofs). Those would be nice as well.

Whoever the awesome person who helps me out would be awesome in my book. Thanks!

I would like to be awesome9.gif

However, I am only able to help you out with the rowhouses... the villas I don't know anything of.

The houses are made by Frogface, and are a part of a series he once made, the middle eastern bat or something

@k50dude: the dock is part of the 'PEG-OWW2 Reba Lynn's Beach Hut' (as you probablbly found out already. As for the Bungalows (the ones with ponds), if I don't remember wrongly they are part of some North American Suburbia Pack (once I find'em among my plugs...) Ain't much of a help, but anyway.

@TekindusT: I usually use the 'PEG-OWW2 Beach Development Kit'. Seems to work just fine for my european settings.

@Slystone: Thank you very much! You have received the awesome award!

@Skitzo87: Good yacht docks, seaports, and piers can be found HERE, HERE, and HERE. You might need to register to SimPeg though, but I am not sure. (also, get THIS because it will save you time, and all the dependencies, of course).

I need help looking for really tall residential towers. I need them in my city, but there are none that are really tall. Most skyscrapers on the stex are CO. When I mean really tall, it doesn't mean extraordinarily tall like the burj dubai. Also they should be european/north american with alot of windows. I know there are alot of conditions, but I'm looking for them too and there doesn't seem to be many. Most I've got already but please help me find them for my Delta Democratic Republic (I might start a CJ).

@Sepen20: You can get a few from SC4 Devotion if you download them and have the CAM (Colossus Addon Mod) installed. I have found a few HERE, HEREHERE, and HERE. You shouldn't be able to find too many plopable residential buildings because they always get abandoned for some odd reason...

On my own personal query, I am trying to built a subway system, but I need some above ground stations, and I need them long to support the long subway trains I have. Any suggestions? Also, I need some elevated rail on top of road stations as well. I have seen some by Ardecila but I haven't found any others. Any suggestions to that? Thanks for whoever helps me because they are awesome in my book!

Do you mean longer than a 1x1 tile for an entrance? Not sure why that would be necessary; subways are underground. Maybe I'm not understanding your request... Something like these by Simgoober? Link  Link  Link

There's a set in this RTMT addon. You will need the original RTMT set for it if you don't use it. There's also this by Swamper.

I meant the elevated rail when the subway is elevated above the ground (the elevated rail in the game). "Long elevated rail stations" is what I should have said. Thanks for still helping!

@blocko: That building comes with the game. It's called "Brink Real Estate" and it's in the "Houston" tileset. If you aren't getting it, perhaps try enabling or restricting tilesets to include the Houston tileset (tileset management is one of the options button near the data view button and the budget button)

Oh really? I block all maxis buildings, that would be why I have never seen it. I spent months modding it before ever playing never really seeing the maxis ones, thanks for that, I guess I am out of luck for using it as I am not putting them back on.

It sure is one of maxis's nicer buildings though.

Thanks for the help

You can download the Extra Cheats Plugin and use the "moolah" cheat. This cheat puts in your budget the amount of money you type in. For example, if you want 0 $, just write "moolah 0" without the commas. Then, you won't need to have any money lot in your cities, this cheat will do the trick.

And... WELCOME TO PAGE 15!!39.gif

@wkw427: You're welcome!

@mylife.103: I've seen two main different mods for this. The first one is the Super Demand Ordinance, that I think this is what you're looking for. It also exists the Super Demand Mod, that doesn't work as an ordinance but allows you to control R$, R$$, R$$$, CS$, CS$$, CS$$$, CO$$, CO$$$, etc. separately. I personally use the first one with guaranteed results!
