The models are in the link that @gwada971 provided, however I haven't managed to find the time to rehost the lots as well. Maybe @pikachu_SQ knows about them over at the korean site. Otherwise, they most likely will be made available sometime at the first quarter of next year.

There was a download for it on Simgoober's page on this site. That's how I originally got it. Did he remove it? I have an archive of it on a flashdrive if you need a copy. I just couldn't remember who made it or what it was called until Gwanda responded to me.

To diversify, there is also SM2's Air Purifier. Looks a bit more grungy and fits very well in old run-down industrial areas, compared to SimGoober's. Which looks good, but more suitable in a "higher end" part of town, near offices.

Yeah. I already have this one installed. It works but it's a little too dirty looking for me. I prefer the Simgoober one.

You can find it in the SC4D LEX Legacy - BSC Common Dependencies. In the installer you need to pick the BSC VIP Girafe Carpack Vol01-02 Remastered folder as you see it on the following image:

KOLE STAAL - Props puzzle !

 

Extensive dependecis list I decided to install the non devotion part and see what´s missing ! Little props works Ok. Warehouses and factory still some missing, I have RFY and props, Sc4 Devotion props; specific props because can´t install entire  common legecy pack ! This afthernoon, acomplished state !

Those grey warehouses on the right are the Rail Depot Pack by @rsc204, which I'm surprised isn't available on the STEX, even if the respective starter lots are.

The yellow-tinted ones on the right are, if my memory doesn't fail me, by @cogeo, but I'm not sure if they are in the part A or B:

The one in the middle is, if I remember clearly, a steel mill that was distributed by the SFBT, but I'm not sure by who. Maybe MatheMan? For that one I wouldn't have a reference link :(

I try to put together an accurate dependency list again. The last one was done by me as well more or less... Read my comment under the upload I named many dependencies. The central building is the SFBT Sam Johnson Gusslov Foundry, which was uploaded to STEX as per a request a few months ago. The Cogeo warehouse dependencies have been updated on SC4Evermore, but never on STEX... Something I need to do in the future... The long building on the left side is one of Bixel's model, I left the name in the linked comment. For many previous LEX related props and textures are now in the BSC Common Dependencies.

Back when the LEX uniquely had a dependency tracker, I started exclusively uploading dependencies there only. Obviously this strategy may not have been ideal in the long run, but all my contents from the LEX should be present on SC4Evermore already.

I used to install a mod that's similar to this and another. But it offers significantly more capacity per area, around 10k-ish in a more compact lot that the first mod provide. I remembered there's a universal school (elementary, both highs, and college) all collected into one building, with size roughly 3x7 or something, and it's not an FA lot afaik. The best of the first mod can offer on a straight lot is 7x5 or something similar. The building was super tall for a school, like Maxis' Graber high. Another is a hospital that's also taller than the school I described, it's about the height of Wren. The hospital also contains 10-30k people in a similar footprint to the school. Oh the school's exterior paint was a combo of orange and red, and the hospital's was all-white. Both lots don't have parkings. Also, both lots are designed in a sorta brutalist 80s style. I remembered it was on 2013-2023 LEX and it was made by a BSC member. It's also by mattb, again if I'm not mistaken, but not the first mod I linked. Anyone can help me?

Edit: @kschmidt was right. It's elementary, not high school. My bad. My point still stands, especially for the hospital which I can't still find to this point.

Progres, MGB RDP left sorted out, SFBT Sam Johnson Gusslov Foundry. Cogeo Logistic Mega installed not yet visible. Some smaller props absent but no real problem !

IF you read my comments at the download page of this upload, then you might have seen that I mentioned that you need certain reserouces from SM2. While the main model might coming from Cogeo, but Simmer2 made new props out of the models and released them with his own contents.

Hello, I read the comment regarding, at the moment didn¨t have the Rail Depot Pack. Searched, SC4 Ever tha fixed the left warehouse. Cogeo aswell put these on my excisting Cogeo. SM2 Train repair yard already installend and SM2 Intermodal added. SM2 Central Station such list Istarted the game to see my progres...

Except some tiny props below and a waiting room shelter up the RDP warehouse everything is there so I am very pleased !

ODD Bus Bus Station  !

Tonight I fired up New Chicago afther installing some nice lots by Pooty !

One of these Bus Station immediately brought me to a clasic problem some lotters might oversee using ingame lots !

Very obvious the source of this recently added Bus Station lot ! This lot doesn´t affect zoning, electric pylon will be cut if in the way above a exception ! Affected squarre wont´t demolish unless the Imortality killer too by Rippleyetl used per square !

Hi, Combined Highschool and College ? Tall building, this as I remember a elementary school not a college! There are somce civics like a police-fire-hospital combined several ! Here a picture of it, but it´s not named so a nameless lot !

In this topic, there is a building / prop? with the same IID as another model and the OP doesn't remember where it comes from. I've grabbed the images from the FSH in the file they provided:

I wonder if there is a plugin to resolve the trash issue in the game. As someone that wants to keep the environment and land value polls high (two areas that seem to go and stay low relatively early in the game). Thanks

To the talented content creators out there, has anyone thought about doing a PROP PACK of VERY LARGE NEON SIGNS (like NYC Times Square, Vegas, Tokyo, etc.) that have lots of lights, flash, neon, etc. that would "pop" at night to add to our cities?   For those looking for new, creative ideas, that would be awesome.  More flashy casino's would be nice as well.   Just a thought.  Thanks for your consideration!
