Now this time it's almost good. I sent a PM what should you change. You listed a bunch of dependency which is actually not dependency for this lot, and left out a lot, which is dependency. For example the main building on the left side next to the MGB warehouses (which are actually rail depo buildins, but it's irrelevant). I got a brown box on that.

is actually BlaM HIDP Prop pack 1.
Also to avoid more brown boxes PEG SPAM resource.dat is needed, and the MTP_MaintenanceYard_RESOURCE.dat.
And with Nos.17 essentials you need the Jim Car Props v1.2 from the japanese site called hide and seek.

And everybody who would download this please note, that if you are linked to an obsolete dependency pack DO NOT DOWNLOAD the obsolete version, rather search for newer one. (for example FrankU bsc and maxis families can be found in the BNL Esssentials and it has additional dependencies, also BSC BAT Props SG vol. 6 were merged into the SG Mega Props vol.1, and the LBT Props Vol. 3 into the LBT Mega Prop Pack vol. 1).

Oh and the listed SM2 prop dependencies (including the water towers) under this download now can be found in the SM2 Mega Prop Pack vol. 1. But you still need the modified or family props from the SM2 Train Repair Yard,  the SM2 Central Train Station, and the SM2 Intermodal Terminal, which are bringing you two more dependencies: 
- MGB Rail Depo Models pack
- Cogeo's Logistic Park Dependency Package.

EDIT: more missing dependencies: PEG Major Tribune (male tribune.dat - pigeon effects) and JMyers Small shops vol 6 (the dumpster props from the BSC Props folder)

UPDATE! To @mike_154, make sure you check all dependencies first before upload this building to this site.

However Mike wrongly attached the building model file to his upload which will be removed, because it's against the site rules, you can find the main builging (which caused the brown box) here:
