I've been scrolling thru my shoppe and the one I was thinking it might be is the Coastal Modd, but the waves don't quite look like the pic you found. It might be they tweaked the settings themself to be quite customized.

I'm curious now too so please post back when you find out.

Yeah, that's why. There is a bug that only affects the game's MAC version and it's coming up regularly in relation with TE lots. See the opening post and follow the link in the post for more information.

I attached a fixed and updated version of the lot. You still need the model file from the original upload, but replace the original lot with this one from the ZIP. It's gonna be uploaded to SC4Evermore eventually, but I can't give you any ETA about it.

OMG! @Tyberius06 Kindly thank you again!! 💯 I wasn't aware of that bug and thought I was missing some dependency, even though I downloaded them all. 

 

I feel terrible for asking so much, but that makes me wonder about the JENXPARIS Hotel de Ville. I have an issue when placed, its roof is gone. The roof then appears in the months of May and July, lasting for a year, and it disappears indefinitely once May kicks in. Could it be bc of my Mac?

Hm... That's gonna require a bit more test. I think the roof or some part of the building is bulit up from seasonal or timed props. I haven't heard this issue so far, but that doesn't mean it never existed anyway. We find funny stuff all the time regarding lots and bulidings, which were supposed to be working fine and seemingly they were working fine because nobody reported any issues, but then we find out that there always have been an issue with given content.

If someone would give it a try and do a test on the lot ( @matias93, @CaptCity, @Lucario Boricua, @Ulisse Wolf, @rsc204 or anybody else who is interested), that would be great, because I currently definitly don't have any capacity to do tests on Xannepan's creations. 

If you have other stations which causes the CTD, let me know either in DM or tagging me in a related report or post, that's more likely to be solved sooner than later.

the roof consists of multiple timed props so maybe you are missing those props  they are timed to French holidays and seasonal variations  the total file is over 60Mb so if yours is smaller then the timed roof props are missing    if I get permission i can share the full folder here

Noticed the same thing - timed props. However, once the building/roof does appear in May, it stays. I've not had it disappear. There are flags and banners the appear off and on in May and July, but the buidling/roof itself stays. I've been playing around with the dependencies but have not been able to recreate the missing building effect. Also to note, the Readme mentions that it may take a year for the building to appear correctly (probably depending on when it is placed) which is what I noticed.

And over at SC4Evermore...

A few posts up @Tyberius06 mentioned a similar issue with another Transit enabled lot. Perhaps he can help out here as well.

Hm... General rule. There aren't any different versions, but I mean not just for this, but for everything that was released on SC4D LEX (there used to be maybe 3-4 exceptions: Simgoobers contents where the LEX versions were considered superior to the STEX version; Deadwoods contents were pretty much the some but rebundled on LEX, and some early works of JBSimio; and Mattb325 had a few industrials which were uploaded first here then to LEX, but again the LEX version was superior). Cafe Naver just uploaded what they had before SC4Devotion LEX shut down, but those are the very same versions. In the most cases SC4D LEX was a pretty exclusive site, there were uploaders who might uploaded their stuff to both LEX and STEX, but they were not too many, and while Xannepan's early works were released on STEX, later he moved operation to SC4Devotion and more or less stopped uploaded anything to this site. If it's not rehosted on SC4Evermore, the only currently available version is what you get from Cafe Naver. 
More or less this is why this whole rehosting process now takes more than a year, because there are just too many things to fix.

Those were made by @vortext, and if I remember correctly, were MMPs on a vineyard pack, but apparently are part of the LEX downloads that haven't been re-released on SC4E.

Does anyone know of any prop out there that looks like a Victorian seafront shelter? They are usually in most seafronts in the UK, and there used to be a lot more of them than today of course.

I was looking for the very same download back in September 15, which you can find on page 662 of this thread, that I too remembered downloading from way, way back when but like you can't seem to find it easily either,

Thankfully @simmering came to the rescue and fount it for me...

Do note though that the parks ARE NOT Alphabetically arranged and are all in the Parks menu and depending on other items in your Parks menu, may not all be grouped together.
