Right but you are maybe looking at it the wrong way around. The convenience store download doesn’t contain any models used by the Prop Family. Rather it includes the Prop Family which requires a dependency. In this case Girafe’s Urban Pack.

I ended up finding it. It was included with a file you had uploaded to a post, 'MGB_5x7ResLots.7z'.  'MGB_Grfe_FloraFamilies.dat'  I had dropped it into my PIM-X folder and had used the family to spruce up some lots, but removed it from my PIM-X folder at some point.

I assume these may be custom, but does anyone know this park? Particularly the curved hedges.

These avenue textures are also really interesting?

Thank you! Without any FA pieces I guess it's a limited set, but I like the idea! Am I the only one who feels the regular textures for road/avenue are a little too black?

Thank you! But I'm embarrassed to say, I already have this installed lol. I didn't realize it had multiple pieces and was such a huge lot. My park menu is really difficult to navigate lately as I've downloaded so many park/plaza and filler sets.

You can find the download here BTW

There are listings for these here but they don't seem to lead to active download links.

None of those buildings are available, except for the NYBT 85 West Street Marriot Building.  That blog has a bunch of items that don't exist online anymore.  And as for PBGV, I don't think those buildings were ever posted (at least publicly).

There's a ton of NY skyscraper buildings that have been posted in city journals and other places that were never publicly available.  The creators never bothered to finish them, or just rendered them for pictures (photoshopped likely).  Like in this city journal:

Beautiful buildings, all unavailable.

True enough... However, some items on Hanson's page refer back to the STEX and the LEX with broken links. Might be able to investigate a little regarding the reasons for those...

I'm quite baffled by this situation, because although a lot of the links are for mediafire, I could swear wholeheartedly those files (like Park Lane Hotel) were actually on the STEX (or LEX?) and are not Hanson's work, because he uploaded all of his bats onto the STEX except the bats and props he locked behind a donation. I'm 99% positive buildings such as Park Lane Hotel are by another batter, but I don't know who.(I could be very wrong, however lmao.)

EDIT: after going through his blog, I think I'm wrong! I got one or two of the mediafire links already in my plugins, so perhaps they ARE his work, but he just hasn't updated the site in a long time and those links are dead.

For instance One Liberty Plaza, the mediafire link for that works fine. I'm confused as I had ALL of the files in this blog years ago, before my HDD crash, but some of the links are dead now, unfortunately.

EDIT 2:

All of @Hanson784 stuff is here, though missing files like "Park Lane Hotel."

Hanson784's Content - Simtropolis

the only way to recover this file I guess would be to try and contact him, which I have thought about doing, because I wanted to know if I could still donate for that St. Pauls Cathedral bat, but he hasn't updated his blog in many years.

To clarify I thought the "Park Lane Hotel" building may be the work of @desimciti

Both were batting at the same time and both were doing a NYC recreation.

Was wondering, the latest version of NAM, is the download supposed to redirect off site or whatever that is?

The BAT was created by @PBGV103 as @Kel9509 rightly identified. And it was published, though it is no longer on STEX.

However, it is still part of STEX Collections 4. Furthermore, this was searched for before and a download link was added to this post:

My understanding was that the first section of Hanson's page (links to MediaFire) were his and uploaded there by him - Park Lane Hotel being one of them. (There are a few exceptions in that section.) The second and larger section of the page were merely links to other New York buildings made by others and located on other exchages. This is where some of the links don't connect. If these items had been on the STEX, there may be a chance of 'recovering' them. That will be where the investigating will need to be done.

Yes, due to the size of the file, the ModDb location is used to download the file initially because special steps are necessary to upload the file to the STEX. There may be site considerations as to why it hasn't been uploaded directly to the STEX at this time.

The main reason is because the size of the mod is larger than the maximum uploadable filesize on STEX, so the file needs to go directly to the server from backdoors, and as far as I know only the Admins (CB and Corina) have access to that. This is the same way how we do it on SC4Evermore too and this is what we are doing with the larger mods and collections (like the BC Common Dependencies) over there.

CB was probably away when we released the last NAM and since each NAM replacing the previous one, we can not allow the old version to be on STEX while on SC4Evermore and ModDB we have the new one. This is standard NAM policy. So the safest and quickest way is that we link the ModDB file here on STEX and when/if CB has time then he can directly upload the file to the server and attach it to the NAM download page...

Hi all,

In the image provided with @gutterclub's "42 Dickens Road" a light brown building can be seen left to it. I'd very much like to know where that can be found.

Thanks in advance!
