Yes, if you see it in the game, you will notice that some part at the base of the building didn't get properly rendered. This is due to fact that most of the time my computer runs out of memory to render the model and so I had to export this many times with many failed exports and this is the best that it can go, (sometimes when I render, even the rooftop texture and other feature does not render.)
