I've done some similar style houses so I may just release a big "narrow lots residential" pack with 2 houses on 1x2 tile or 3 houses on 2x2. 

Just a bit more dense than we're used to.

I'm a member of your patreon and those New Jersey houses are similar. I always forget when I build a New York/Chicago style city that both cities really do have "suburbs" but I also skip those neighborhoods for more busy w2w blocks.

Copying over from the Lot Request Thread, anyone have (or can model) lots that fit this criteria?

I'm just wondering - and if such doesn't exist, can they be requested - if a high-end commercial area (such as luxury stores or a mall of the type) exists in STEX? One area I am working in is filled with R$$$ and I think it would be suited for that area, but almost exclusively for such.

awesome! I love brownstones. I'm a guy from the UK. Southend-on-Sea to be precise. South of the Thames. Yet, I somehow fell in love with the American rowhouse/tenement/brownstone. Some of those rows and rows of townhomes we see in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Jersey, Boston, Baltimore (Albeit mostly rundown and deserted) are some of the most fascinating areas of the American style city. To me anyway. Maybe I'm just sick of English Georgian lol.

I need PEG_ForestDevPack_205.dat from the PEG Mountain Development Pack. I also don't have PEG_Random-Woods-Textured_206.dat.

Both files in their original form can be found on the STEX:

PEG Mountain Development Pack

PEG Random Woods

However, both are very old files and are considered obsolete. The entries contain links to the newer, updated versions that are probably better used.

Interesting. I downloaded both of those a little while ago, but I didn't see the files I need in either pack.

You'll need to run the installers. They will place the named files in your Plugins.

I already have PEG-MTP Super Pack and PEG Seasonal Woods v206b installed. The files are not in the generated folders.

Yes, the newer, updated files have different names but should contain the items that were in the originals. There were other sets that were rolled into these newer sets. If there is something you're seeing in the game that isn't working, perhaps they'll need to be looked at.

I threw together a couple sets to test... The top image is with the older files, and the bottom is with the newer ones. The only difference is with the trees used. Otherwise, the newer files appear to provide the same items as the older ones. Also, this does not take in consideration an even newer lot that had been available of the old LEX. That one probably used the even newer mega dependency files rather than some of these older ones.

How do you have black railroad tracks? Mine have always been a rusty color, but I want black ones.

The trees look a lot better in the second image. Where did I get the files for that?

That railroad texture would be the Maxis Texture that is only available in the NAM Lite as it shows criticality with all the features we have developed over time.

Currently BSC Newman Inc Coal Mine v2 is only available on STEX but it is an older version. The new version is only available on LEX which is down and is in the process of transferring LEX to SC4Evermore. So you have to wait for us to complete the fixes and restore the mods

The black/metalic one is the Maxis original. It was an option up until NAM v36 to choose between RealRailWay (brownish) and Maxis Rail+RAM (Rail Addon Mod), but due to the technical difficulties, the Maxis rail got cut out and only the RRW has been kept and also only the RRW is getting frequent development. Currently if you are a NAM user (full version which is at this time v47) you only have the RRW as option. If you use the NAM Lite, that has the pure vanila Maxis Rail, but in that case you will loose many/most of the NAM features.

You can use rsc204's RRW reskin which is metalic, but much lighter, or I think there is a nice Maxis Lookalike version on Rivit's One Drive, or you can create your own metalic version of the RRW, but you need to use the RRW Reskin scripts and the GoFSH tool. 
The below image shows a part of the original Maxis texture compared to the RVT Maxis Lookalike.

Oh f.... I just realized that I completely forgot to upload the new version for this lot. As it was reported and the blue banner says it is conflicting with the newer version on (used to be) LEX. Those trees are coming from the PEG MTP SUPER PACK v1.5.

Ok, so I'm checking it now, and I see why it has never been uploaded, because some outdated files (the parking cars) are only available in this very ancient version of the BSC_NICM_Props.dat. They updated this file many-many times and after a while the car clusters got cut out. Actually the older version of the file, which is not even available contains more props, than the one which is still in the installer. And the newever version of this file which were used for the original BSC MEGA Props Newman INC vol01 doesn't even have these parking car cluster props anymore. I remember it gave me pretty hard time to hunt down these dependencies back then. 

Well the necessary update of the BSC Common Dependencies is imminent, but I'm gonna upload the updated version of THIS version of the lot - it is highly recommended to read the description and the readme about the update and its relevance. I will include the extra props, but they will be also in the BSC MEGA Props Newman INC vol04 v2 with the Version 7 update of the BSC Common Dependencies.

How do I install this? The readme file says, "Copy the contents of this folder verbatim into Plugins into a folder that loads after NAM e.g. Plugins/Z___NAM - delete what you don't need (EU/US LHD/RHD, Optional)". I have no idea what that is. Usually I just make a folder in my plugins in the game directory and put the mod files in it. What is "Z___NAM -"? By the way I just want US railroad tracks.
