I believe @Raymond7cn only made a the new U-Haul signs, I don't know about the rest. I don't know where that test lot with those props is coming from, but I also would like to know. @Max4k when you click onto the plopped lot ingame, what name do you get? Also in the park menu, under what name do you find it?

I can can track it down, but may take a long while.  Managed to consolidate my plugin folder to like 5-6 main folders in root, and can just remove and narrow things down

The missing model (Newspaper Machines) in Daddyo117272's Uhaul Storage Center file (stex16226) is in KevDan25's Dunkin Donuts (stex4288).

Found something weird with this set.  There seems to be multiple of this floating around on this site and other, buy multiple people.   The set seems the same, but of 1 of the downloads it includes some extra pieces and labeled Naval Shed under the Seaport Menu.

Out of all the Naval Sheds listed in menu, only 1 of them shows up in game.   I tested before for 1 year w/ water electric, etc, to see if any timed props show up, but still blank.

The Marrast Embankment Set never mentions these extra files, but some uploads have these extra files.

 

Edit: - I have all the SNM Navy Stuff, so can't be missing anything with that.

I think the default bus station is just too large. The new one in the NAM is somewhat better but I would love to be able to place just a small one the sidewalk which doesn't take up any extra space. In the real world most bus stops are basically just a sign.

This comes close to what I am looking for, but unfortunately it gives a no road access symbol on any residential I place it in front off.

Does anyone know an alternative that does work in all situations?

I use Girafe's Parisian Bus stop. Shelter looks good, comes with zig-zag road marking and avenues.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it and I like how the bus stop itself looks. Unfortunately it still has the no road access problem and it also doesn't seem to work with the bus traffic query (the stations don't light up in green)

@Max4k  Hi, these lots have nothing to do with "Marrast Embankments" or "SNM". They are old Ill Tonkso lots, where indeed dependencies are not specified except Buildings as Props Update and the RCI Prop Mod. According to the SC4 Tools it is necessary for these lots:

Plugin_RCI_Buildings_Prop_Modd.dat here   Thanks to @CorinaMarie  CAUTION this file is only used to display old lots, do not use it to create new lots in the Lot Editor or PIMX.
PEG CDK Industrial Style 205 here   and BSC_SimCityRailUtils.dat  inside this file (only the file "BSC_SimCityRailUtils.dat").

On the other hand, there is a problem when you have the "Marrast Embankments" in your Plugins folder, because the Exemplar files of Ill Tonkso have the same "User Visible Name Key" as those of Marrast (hence the display in the menu).

Unless I'm missing the obvious, it sounds like you should try RTMT. It has lots for both Bus, Subway and Combo stations for many of the in-game networks. They include special "signs" to help find them in traffic views. Regarding the road access for adjacent zoning, it's impossible to make a lot that supports zoning. But the benefits of having on-network lots is IMHO, not to be sniffed at. There are small workarounds you can use to alleviate these problems, for example if the lot is 1 tile wide, a single zone that is 2 tiles wide would work even if half the zone was touching the lot. Otherwise some creative zoning can ensure another valid network is touching the lot. Long and short, it's impossible for lots to be a proper functioning network, in effect these are Transit Enabled lots, but not actual roads.

Latest version of RTMT is 3.6, you need the base package and the 3.6 update for it, optionally there are T-RAM compatible GLR stations too. The mod is modular so you don't have to have more stations than you want and you can customise the Bus Shelters, Subway Stairs and other props too.

That's a great catch.  Tried some deep search and left scratching my head. 

Lot of these pieces look like great Industrial filler. 

Edit: I see what going on, there was definitely extra files between Embankment Set, but these Ill Tonkso  were not them.  I found them in my CDK3 Harbor folder.

If you right click onto the link and choose the "save link as..." (or something similiar - I have Hungarian language windows, then it will save the file from the original location) I managed to do it just now.

Hm... it's funny on BriPrizza (E-N) sample image the lot shows LHD paths, but in my game (tested just now) it is RHD @rsc204

Haven't dug into the file to see how, but the piece adjusts to the game's paths. I've used the same piece in both RH and LH games. Some of BriPizza's other transit lots do the same.
