At this link you will find the files (note plural) for this. You will need both Part 1 and Part 2, in essence they are one file, but can be distributed as more. Likely because at the time of uploading, strict file size limits would have prevented anything else working. Uncompress them with WinRAR for guaranteed results, the files are not corrupted, you are missing data. Note too that 7zip doesn't handle multi-part RAR files well in my experience, which may also explain the error.

TIL: .z01 is the 2nd part of a file.  I thought it was another type of zip file and I had the choice depending on what my extraction software was. Thank you!

I have a plugin that makes the Maxis beach transparent so you get the texture of the ground below.  What is it called?  I want to remove it and can't find it in my plugins.

Thank you ! Subwaybus station is not listed may be anther video still little hard to find, but there quit so many alternatives, Ninja Kiosk is something Ninja Boulevard another bigger,  a real Subway and Bus stop take up at least double size or like shown sollutions on road !
