When I zone a 4X4 high density the skyscraper does not grow.Why?

Not exactly the right place to ask, but...there are many to consider when your zones did not grow.

First, your demand, desirability, zoning technique and your game level. Check those factors first then you can ask further questions if it still not growing.

I guess this forum post is my last desperate attempt to find a suitable street tree mod. Yes, I've seen Jeronji's mod and the SFBT tree mod on the LEX, but the dependencies are corrupted and the actual mod is just, well, plain ugly. In the link (http://image.noelsha...6968109-0-5.jpg) is an image from somebody's recent cj (a really nice one @ that), and I was wondering if ANYBODY knows of this mod, or one really similar. Also, it would be really nice if somebody could tell me what and where to get this el rail, station, & el rail bridge in the pic -- http://image.noelsha...356968179-2.jpg -- Thanks to anybody that replies.

I like Jeronij's mod, but I also use some other street tree mods too. Check this mod , though it's for MAVE-4 while there's MAVE-6 in your picture. Maybe someone has made a similar mod for MAVE-6 already, let us know if you find out, please. You may wish to check other mods by Jackxu and 958517907.

I don't know about the el-rail bridge (maybe that one appears automatically when you drag el-rail over MAVE-6?). As for the el-rail station, this one looks close imo (it's there, scroll down to the middle of the page):

Yea I saw Jackxu's and 958517907's mods for the MAVE-4 and AVE-2 that were quite nice and I decided to use, but I still can't find the street tree mod for the MAVE-6. Maybe its included in one of these NWM street tree mods? ...I wish somebody would make one of these mods with Simfox's or VIP girafe's trees, that'd be really cool.

@dohraymii Also I left a message on the creator of that cj's page and he also gave me the page link concerning the el rail. I couldn't get info regarding the tree mod.
