Anyone reccommend me a good set of growable buildings (can be R,C, and I)? I'm looking for lots of buildings that will mix well with maxis buildings and won't stand out like a sore thumb. Already have HK garden estate towers.

Hi. First post (I'm pretty sure) but I browse a lot and download constantly, thanks for the site!

I've been looking steadily for two things, both here and on SC4 Devotion, and I haven't been able to find anything close to this. So maybe someone can tell me if these exist somewhere, or if they are even possible!

1. Is there some kind of mod that allows labels placed on streets to NOT disappear when you upgrade or build the street or something? I love naming my city streets but it gets very frustrating when I have to constantly replace the labels.

2. Is there some kind of mod that allows fire to burn more realistically? I like to burn my cities down when I get bored (who doesn't?), but typically fire won't spread very easily. Either the burning building burns to the ground before anything spreads, or the fire simply goes out. I have a really hard time getting fire to burn the building to the ground as well. I think it would be nice if fires would take a little longer to put out, and that there may actually be a chance the building will burn to the ground even when firefighters are around.

So, yeah. Do these exist? I doubt I'm the first person to think of this, so either they've been made and my searches aren't bringing them up, or they can't be done. Thanks!

Okay, after playing around with the euro-contemporary set, I came to some conclusions:

A) This does not fit in my towns at ALL

B) Spamload of them are built

So yea, sorry for a lot of request but, its only two this time.

A) A mod that blocks Maxis default buildings

B) European R$, R$$, R$$$ low/medium density zones
