Just like the title may have told you, it's a street side MOD not for Maxis road, but for the MAVE-4 from Network Widing MOD! It will replace original street lights and add a lot of trees, planters, benches, etc. There are 8 T21s,4 with light, and 4 without. There is one street light per two tiles, and both the tiles with street light and without appears randomly.
