I know that the reader can modify the files, but I was looking for some info on how to reduce a model's scale, which the reader cannot do. Thanks anyway.

#1 is "Insufficient Arms", by Cerulean (CARCH). You can find the lot {here on SC4D}. That download only contains lots; the actual building models are dependencies contained in one of the MEGA prop packs listed. {Here is a quick link to all the prop packs} (they are at the bottom of the page).

For #2, I don't know which building you are referring to. If it is the one in the center or the back, I don't know. The one in the front to the left is {Geometry International Inc}.

hey guys i was browsing through a Japanese city journal and came across these plazas as you can see in the picture they are PedMall functional otherwise those building would dilapidate so yeah if you have any ideas just post me a link thanks

im looking for sunken highway textures, the ones that i want and found is the concrete urban retainers by bipin or something like that, except the problem is he only provides retainers for the exit ramps, and i need retainers so that i can make a full sunken highway around my city with something like those concrete urban retainers? i'd even be happy with something close to those type of textures? just as long as its a full set and it has things like 1x1 and 2x1 plain walls or something?

also... i tried downloading the modd or whatever that turns simcity highway into asphalt highway, but it doesn't work? my simcity highways are still white/grey?

Make sure you place the mod in your plugin folder so it loads last - you can use a folder and name 'zzzz highway mod' and that should do the trick.
