A bag of Julio's Corn Tortilla Chips, a regional supermarket brand made in Del Rio, Texas.  These tortilla chips are infamous for being seasoned primarily in monosodium glutamate, and as MSG crystalizes into short, translucent, cylindrical salts, these chips look like they are dusted in shaved fiberglass.  You can always tell their chip bags apart from their competitors just by looking for the MSG crystal build-up in the clear bags.  Thanks to this umami overdose, they do taste good...once I started eating one, I could not stop.

White chocolate Hershey's kisses and a glass of rum, first sipping neat and later on the rocks.

Ah ha , so the missing rum was between winter solstice and the New Year's festivities . Now back on topic , Fried spaghetti w/hot sauce and cheese . Oh yeah , feel the burn . I'll probably regret this later , but it's good right now .

Bavette al tonno.

Italian dishes are quite easy to prepare but they are full of music. One step out of rythm when cooking will ruin the whole dish. Never let the thunafish boil in the tomato sauce. Just add it after turning out the cooker. Fry the parsley together with the garlic in olive oil but give the garlic a head start so the garlic doesn't change colour and the parsley doesn't fry for more than a minute. If the garlic changes colour you messed it up.
