hi, i played SimCity 2013 for a long time, but now i am very much inspired by the splendor of SimCity 4. i have a couple of questions. 1) where can I download some kind of high-quality assembly of mods in the style of near-minimalism. I would like a much improved vanilla gameplay - a bunch of new buildings and stuff like that, but I would not want to overload from the amount of modification, I might get scared because I am not well versed in the mechanics of the game. 2) is it possible to somehow turn off this stupid disappearance of transport right in front of your eyes? it literally ruins the whole immersion. Thank you
