Last night at work I had four cans of Monster, and before work three cups of coffee. Now I am drinking my 'evening' beer, two cans. 

Yes hardly healthy. Hail Satan. Seriously though I am in a constant cycle of keeping myself stoked and trying to cool down...

Dinner was a bowl of curry ramen soup with rice and a glass of milk.

Dessert now is a bowl of spumoni topped with sliced strawberries.

Just finished morning coffee with the tenant's association.  Today's goal, roast boneless leg of lamb, etc.

Cabbage core pieces with salt, milk.  Just put a boneless leg of lamb in the crock pot with mirepois, salt, pepper, and a third of a cabbage cut up.  Will add bay leaf and basil in about half an hour.  Dinner around 5 p.m.

The last of the veggie soup from my crock-pot roast of lamb from the other evening.  Milk.  There is still a big chunk of the cooked lamb, and it is going to become a curry.
