Diet coke.  I think I am going to do something with fried potatoes and eggs for supper.

A plate of pan-fried pork potstickers from Gin's Chinese Restaurant.  These were take-out leftovers, but they are still handmade and very good, and being a glutton I drown them in the soy-vinegar dipping sauce.  They eagerly piled on me lots of chili paste and chili oil, and while these were surprisingly flavorful, after a few dips it was clear that they are just way too hot for my weak taste buds even when sparingly mixed into other things.  I'll still have to figure out a way to use them, as I hate to waste flavorful sauces.

The leftover shredded pork with garlic sauce (魚香肉絲 - "yú xiāng ròu sī" - "fish-fragrance pork shreds"!) I'll save for lunch tomorrow.

Mexican torta--picked it up after school at my favorite gas station Mexican food place. Some of the best SoCal Mexican food can be found in the most hidden and unappealing locations. lol
