I can do MMPs like this but I don't know what use for it. The only thing I can think of is doing Road MMPs.

Need to fix base textures but this is a Z Energy, a New Zealand gas station chain that took over the Shell stations there. I just had to do their rather loud and bright buildings. Will be part of a second Australasian Petrol station set.

Very good and well-detailed! Yes, a different alpha channel (probably a bit round, but not completely circular) would surely be better. I could imagine using this to make pathways, I like doing that, anyway, for parks or hiking paths. This could also be useful for lining coasts and shores, they are sometimes made of gravel instead of sand.

I'm trying to recreate a landmark park in Mexico City: Alameda Central, with it's characteristic jacaranda trees, I'm using both seasonal and non seasonal (the non seasonal version looks fantastic and it's courtesy of @bch0899. I'm still only halfway done, the lot still needs lights and people walking around!

Yep, here it is: Teatro Degollado, the building is the same, although the original version works as some kind of reward.

Further progress on JBsimo academy of natural science.

I would like to get some input on roof junk. The buildings purpose is to house labs, offices, lecture halls and a cafe/study area.

Plenty of HVAC, including a dedicated AHU outside your lab area.  Water storage tank.  Solar panels if desired.  Maybe a rooftop greenhouse fits the curriculum?

W2W Boardwalk Pack 02, building 2: Tropical Fried Chicken ... because it's about time American Samoa got some love in SC4.

Update to Nanyo Hotel coming soon, hopefully.  It will add a canopy by the front lobby, fix a texture issue, add an underground parking entrance to the lot, and tighten the LODs (which is something I normally struggle with so bear with me, please ).  Thank you to the users who provided feedback!

Also, might throw a prop pack together; if I don't release the diagonal convenience stores without the base in the models exchange, I will put them in there.

Yo, guys --

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all the members of our community a......        HAPPY & PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR !!!     

I know this year has been very rough for most of us -- but a new year makes for new starts -- and brings promise of hope for better times.

By way of promises -- work still carries on (slowly) in Cuxhaven" (there is a limit to how fast the "shipyards" can turn out new vessels ).  The new CJ will begin as soon as humanly possible.

Meanwhile, over in the dockyards of Bremerhaven -- the work proceeds with all possible dispatch.  I leave you a year-ending progress map and some test shots......

 

In these two, I "borrowed" the "Australasian Shipping Company" from @mattb325 and turned it into a set of row warehouses circa 1910 to 1940.

Thanx much for the compliment, my friend -- always appreciated.

Your MMP work looks pretty good to me.   

As a rule of thumb with MMP's -- usually, less is more!  You can write a book to tell a story -- or -- you can place your words carefully and tell the whole story in 25 words or less.   (My problem is that I write Too much! )
