Years ago I made an art deco radio station (based on a real one at Musick Point in NZ), and I still use it, but we don't really have a radio station for more downtown environments.

So I've made a quick start on Sydney's iconic AWA Tower

 

This will obviously be suitable to Wall to Wall applications....

Making some progress. I made some individual houses. Having difficulty getting some of the bigger lots to grow, so I'm going to adjust their stats. Id did get one of the bigger ones to grow though.
