I have! I actually use them and have slightly modded them to my liking. I only wish Romualdillo had made some more because these are fanstastic

I only found them within the past couple of weeks, and I've already gotten a ton of mileage out of the props he made. His stuff is extremely well made.

That's stellar advice. I will look into that. Thanks!!

Honestly, releasing ortho versions wasn't even really on my radar, but I can include them in the download. I'll definitely remove the driveway models in that scenario.

I can only speak for myself, but I feel like these fill a great niche. It's hard finding two-story homes on the STEX or LEX in this style. Most of the alternatives tend to be a bit fancier, or from a different time period, or only work well in dense environments. On top of that, these are really well modeled. So if you get the chance to release ortho versions, I'll definitely be scooping them up.

The lot itself is rough draft, and it's missing a few important elements (proper textures, vehicles for the later stages). That said, I'm pretty pleased with the effect created by the growable trees. It's a lot of work modding the props, but I think it's going to be worth it.

Well @BartonThinks, i don't think it's rough, absolutely worth it. can you dig a pool for that man of the last pic?*:D Please do remind me when you publish. *

Ouch this is interesting. Do textures have to be aquare? I tried to resized them in inkscape, applyed them in the BAT and had this as outcome.

Take 3. The only thing is i will have to resize the horizontal side of my textures. On the other hand my small windows fit in quite nicely and the doors are good as well. Do you guys have other feedback, or should i open up a own custom BAT topic?

Looks like you figured it out!

If you're going for brick, I would say to shrink them some more. The trick is figuring out exactly how far to scale it down. In real life, the bricks are likely small enough that they wouldn't be individually discernible at this zoom level, so you'll have to cheat their size slightly to make it appear to be brick in the game. I'd suggest starting by scaling them down as far as you can without losing that definition and then scale them up slightly from there as needed.

That's sort of vague advice, but feel free to post more renders if you're not sure!

The one with the pool is cool. The property looks like he doesn't know where to get the rent and he's chilling comfortably in the paddling pool ..... great.....*:thumb:

@Odainsaker

Fabulous background story !!

I knew about Wilhelm's connection with the Siegesalle (which I use often) -- but I never knew the "complete connection" between that and the much reveilled statuary mall.  I also never came across any pictures of the "mall".  I will have to start a new city -- but you will, one day, see that avenue.  THANX for the "visual aides".

On an odd note -- "everything" seems to wind up in Spandau, doesn't it?

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

The cuckoo clock !

Hello everyone, I have an existential question.
When I make a final model in SDoutput the model does not have any problem, it comes out complete in all the zoom and rotation views, however I want to make models in HDoutput like this one in particular, which is very small and loses many of its details, however when the process ends and the HD model is cut or damaged, this does not happen with the SD, someone knows why this is?

by the way, I already replaced the CPBuildingMill and ._ModelNames files thousands of times and this keeps happening to me.

I see @Jasoncw models, and it seems that he does always render them in HD.

Thanks for your help.

The Emperor is published.

Kaiser Wilhelm II monument.
The ZIP file contains the monument as in the pictures. 1x1 neutral park LOT.
For all those who prefer to have their emperor only with the base, this is included as a prop.
And for the very sick who just want to put an emperor in the front yard, the statue is added as a prop also......*;)

Hello everyone.
I'd like to show you a part of the industrial city that is being created.
Please take a look.

(1)Thermal power station

Let's start with the thermal power plants that power this industrial area.
The power sources are oil and LNG gas. In Japan, oil used to be the main source of power, but the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions has led to the widespread use of cleaner LNG gas.

Capu069.jpg.4601dc1af4ca6c178d69cfce73ad1179.jpg

(2)Apartment building

Apartment complexes are effective as housing for the tens of thousands of workers in factories.

Capu070.jpg.0cca893aff0373b21bd112bf59fd2732.jpg

(3)Huge cargo terminal station

This never-sleeping freight station is for freight trains to transport factory-produced products in the most efficient manner.

Capu071.jpg.49b8737543ca405b812038d5ba53afb3.jpg

(4)High-rise condominiums born of redevelopment

Some residents sought more comfortable housing.
For them, the city redeveloped the land and built a series of comfortable, modern high-rise apartment buildings.

Capu072.jpg.30f05d10520541780a928da91c867049.jpg

We are still in the middle of development and there are noticeably empty lots, but we will gradually eliminate them as we work toward completion.

Nice work!  I don't recognize the train station in the first pic and I like it!  Can you tell me what it is?
