Project Overview & Review !

Mayon Province and Europa ANNO are nearing their end of exploration, new project ideas have been developed over the last year. Initial preperations where made for several projects from Asia, South America to the Big Cities of the United States. Balancing having something real urban, a more imagenative project like Mayon and a more rural aproach. First I will reveal is a real size intepretation of Chicago, this will most center around the city center and surounding area. Imagenative project maybe like the Sketchscape series or more outlined. Third rural may be seen as a continuation of Chicago with a cross country like Route 66 idea. What will come, in wich form and when still to be determinated !

First I have droped myself into determinating the street layout of Chicago Loop area. Fast wide great map there are maybe some more roads then in real but that´s the limitation of the map. Adams street  at the middle left bridge as starting point leading up to Michigan Avenue, with due south the busy Congress Parkway and La Salle street Experiment will the highrise city development, probably this will ask a lot of performance of my computer system !

Second the Norht side Loop with Randolph street and the New East side area !

Little start with the Willis tower !

Developing this furthur over the winter and probably summer, next october I will continue with the Europa ANNO project wich will feature the last city Zurich !

Another marina update.  I've extended the whole thing up to the Granville Bridge.  I've also made some changes to the slopes and added some buildings and zones at sea level...these buildings will be required to carry additional flood insurance ; ).

Green space in Downtown Vancouver has always been at a premium so I built a very large park in what is basically the very center of the Downtown Peninsula.  I haven't named it yet, but it is not based on any real park in Vancouver.

That picture is beautiful. The lotting, T21 and MMP work is top notch. Especially the T21 planters, street lamps and fallen leaves!

Have you ever had any issue with datpacker incorrectly skipping files because it's tagged them as useless when they aren't actually?

I made a small mexican scene heavily inspired in my city's historical distric (Querétaro), to conmemorate the 209th aniversary of the beginning of Mexico's (and Central America) independence war that began the night of september 15th and the early hours of september 16th, 1810 in the town of Dolores, Guanajuato.

We celebrate our independence with the Noche Mexicana (mexican night) in which we recreate the Grito de Dolores (the call to arms by Miguel Hidalgo). Hidalgo climbed to the top of the Dolores' church and tolled the bells in the middle of the night to wake up people and convinced them to join the independentist movement. The war lasted 11 years and ended on september 27th 1821. Since that day we've been and independent nation.

Tonight, in every small town and big city, main streets are closed to traffic in order to allow people to go for a walk, eat tasty mexican food (tacos, enchiladas, pozole...etc), drink tequila, beer and mezcal, watch the fireworks and dance to the rithm of mariachi music. In the morning of september 16th, there's a military parade in every major city.

There's no doubt, tonight Mexico is partying hard, in spite of all the problems.  ¡¡¡VIVA MI MÉXICO LINDO Y QUERIDO!!!

Someone else will have to help with the DatPacker.  I actually don’t dat pack anything and have probably close to 13,000 or more files in my plugins.  I only ever got problems with too many plugins when I played on my Mac.  Once I switched back to Windows I was able to add whatever I wanted again.
