Wow! This is a very different style Bipin!

Looks you've exchanged grey concrete for green grass!

I've always been a fan of the rural, but cities are cool too! More recently, I've been combining green-space and urban-space into a new whole. I think that's how a lot of real-world cities should present themselves; as having both interspersed with one-another. It's fun being able to use SC4 as a sort of model for contemporary urban planning!

Great RHW use; bricked must be somekind of overlay ? Nice use of the diamond intechanges. Black tile path lots obviously doesn´t like hilly terrain, well done !

Thanks! Which brick part are you thinking of? I have a custom sidewalk mod, and the roundabouts are my own BATs (still available on the STEX I believe).

I think moving forward, diverging-diamond interchanges are the way to go! Roundabouts too, of course.

@Dreadnought : I too like the old Maxis Marina and its automatas ; it looks great when it accepts to be plopped correctly (not too high....not too low.... aaaargh !). Nice quiet little spot ! And the use of Pond Air is a great idea. I like Golden Monkey's spiel.

Was wondering are you going to upload these or are these for you? Would like to get these they are good!

I vaguely intend to upload those rail stations at some point, if the Deps list is not hysteria-inducing  *;) ; shouldn't be for most of them, but... I haven't really checked yet. And RL is getting kinda busy.

I think it looks good, but the greenish ground showing through keeps it from looking great IMO. This might be a case for JENX' Poseidon mod. Maybe the water texture is just a bit too transparent, though.

@twrecks Its Gobias' Carribbean Sea with their Bernier Oberland terrian... and I do agree about the transparency. It's bugging me. And I dont use the Poseidon Mod... its actually Simmer's MMPs.

@redfox85 I agree with Simmer2; by lowering the seabed more, you could get rid of the green parts in the sea because the NBVC Marina only covers half of a city tile with the seawall and herefore only covers half of the slope.

BTW, there is a way to increase the opacity of the water, but this is done with your terrain mod, not with your water mod. If you can work with the Reader, please open your terrain mod files and search for the property WaterDepthForMaxAlpha. This controls at which water depth (in m below sea level) the water becoms opaque. I believe Maxis default = 24; raising this value will basically make the water more transparent and lowering it will make the water more opaque. By using a bit of trial and error, you might be able to get better results.

@11241036 Thank you - I was reading up changing the terrian values. Seems very simple too.

@Simmer2 The depth is ... 20m. Yeah I really hate the transparency ! I was trying to make it deeper and deeper ... and still transparent and eventually gave up. Guess now its off to edit the terrain mod!

@kschmidt I use Gobias' Caribbean Sea for Muskoka. Barbados is almost like a second home to me. Brigantine is what I use for the other city I've shown here, Laurentia.

Well here we go folks - on my Onedrive  They were well advanced before I previewed them,  just needed to be packaged

201803 RVT SFBT Tram Mod - you need the original for this to be useful

201803 RVT TSS - NAM GLR - both just the MAXIS files and also sources for those inclined to GoFSH.

Instructions within - Enjoy, I await the pictures
