Thanks Markus J, I'm in love with those volleyball intersections because we have them all over Texas. The new additions that I'm really digging though are the 8c fractional angle ramps! The walls are a bit bothersome but with time issues like that may be able to get ironed out, for now it looks decent and is functional.

Heres the link to those palms:

Here's a new one from a city tile right next to my capital CBD

A parclo in an industrial area. I tried to keep the ramps as compact as possible (thanks to FAR!) but that one set of ramps turned out to be really long... :P Either way, I love it! :D

    My take:

-Using a natural embankment allows you to put the loop ramps much closer to the overpass.

-I also split the off-ramps so only left-turns are made at the intersections.

    Click for full size.

Interchange in a new city tile; this was a challenge because of the need to end the freeway in a tight space (city tile has two mountain borders and two coastal borders, so I don't really have any place to extend it).  It is a four-lane avenue past the intersection and the city tile border which leads to another city via a pre-existing bridge.  I had a hard time figuring out what to do with all the lanes in that small space, and it has some weaving problems, but I'm pretty satisfied with it and how I built it with relatively little difficulty.

There is my another creation - some mixed 4-way RealHighway interchange using patterns of both cloverleaf and stack junctions.

Nice job, but it will look a little bit better if you use the Symphony L2 to L0 270° curve, found under the 'Symphony Curves' menu.

I made a post of this interchange before but now with buildings around it. A few Cosmetic pieces and transitions are missing but I'll add those later  :P .

This is the part I've added to the interchange. It features a DDRHW4 stretch.

    Here's a zoomed out picture.

As you can see, I'm still working on it.

Great work everyone. I'm working on two interchange (or so they are called), a diamond one and the usual Canadian parclo. I'll love to post pics but I'll save them for the CJ soon. I don't like spoilage although both the two interchange are just vanilla though. Hahaha.  :D

PS. It's my first time using RHW, took me three days to finally understand how it works. Thanks to all the tutorial videos and forum suggestions. I'll try making more complicated ones soon.  :ohyes:

Very clever usage of the DDRHW4! It looks very nice and compact. I only wish theyd make a longer transition for the DDRHW so it'd look nicer. I'd use it much more often if the transition didnt look so rough.

I am starting to create a new highway system on an existing region and these are some of the first results.

First one is a simple one ...

    ... and this is a T-cross:

I think this thread needs to be bumped up ;)

Thus I present You very raw concept of an interchange with BRT line running through:

I completely forgot I didn't post in this thread. This lovely interchange is where the newly constructed IH-288 North Loop terminates at IH-75 in Illium City. Unfortunately, it cut out a large swath of the St. Augustine neighborhood. Also seen here is the remains of Forester Ave. The Forester Ave/IH-75 Interchange was demolished to make room for the IH-288 Loop interchange, so the forgotten avenue led to nowhere, leading to pretty extensive overgrowth. The land is up for bid and is zoned residential, but so far no contractors have picked it up.

Please excuse the zoning areas. I'm rebuilding Illium City from the ground up.

Not really an interchange, but a coming together of many trafic. It's at the far end of what you could call the 'center' if you read that in a broad way. From this point you'll find mostly big free houses going up the mountain hill. The big avenue making a 90 degree turn disappears between the buildings around it. From there it enters a tunnel under the major river that goes through the city. Still working on it...

    Cool interchanges everyone :)

Here's an image of the last one I posted later on:
    dFKjsrx.png
This one isn't much of an interchange either, but it does include an RHW and one ramp. Of course, zoned development is non-existent at this stage in the city's development:
    dMdVSAR.png
    Here's a new T-interchange I recently built:
    MBp7eJc.png
And here's a similar one but diagonal. Yes, I realize it's missing one of the left turn movements, but I couldn't find a way to make that look good, so I did something else with one of the ramps. Think of it as two partial Y-interchanges with an extra ramp thrown in to one.

Thanks, man! I did it following your suggestion! :)

    <snip>

    (don't mind the rail!! :D )

Only suggestion I'd make now is to use Level 1 (L1) overpasses instead of level 2, as the slopes on the  L0-L2 puzzle piece are kinda unrealistic for a hi-speed motorway.
