I wonder if anybody remember a creator, Jon M? Back in 2010 he was working on a canal called The Urban River Project. It was a truly amazing set that never made it to the STEX.

Mattias93, you are absolutely right, there were more pictures. Variations if my memory doesn't fail me. But this is fine. Thank you so much. I knew someone would be able to dig something up. Now I'll sit here waiting, rolling my thumbs and hope for someone to pick up this challenge and bring us some new beautiful canal pieces...

@mitsos What specific species of pine tree are these?

It is Pinus pinea, The tree is native to the Mediterranean region, occurring in Southern Europe, The Palestinian Territories, Israel, Lebanon and Syria. It is also naturalized in North Africa, the Canary Islands, South Africa and New South Wales. The species was introduced into North Africa millennia ago, such a long time that it is essentially indistinguishable from being native. The first three pictures  taken from Strofilia national park in Greece, and the last one is from Rome.

Are Girafe's parasol pines and/or the various pine species in CP's prop packs not a good fit?

Edit: Good lord, those canals are beautiful. Painful not to have those released.

Hey Oliver. I meant the pictures that @matias93 posted on Thursday of the canals and bridges by JonM. It sounds like JonM disappeared a long time ago, and the canals/bridges he made never got released.

They are great, but they are very sort. Look at these 3d models of Barroco Hispano, not yet exported.

So the only option is these two types.

Are these models from CP the right look and scale for what you need?

Do you need them as ploppable flora, or would they work for you just as props?

Edit:

To clarify -- if you need them as props, both are in BSC Mega Props CP Vol02. The two on the left are listed as "CP_StreetMonkeyMyrtle2_12 Prop" and "CP_StreetMonkeyMyrtle2_4 Prop". The two on the right are listed as "CP_StreetPinos4 Prop" and "CP_StreetPinos5 Prop".

If you need them as ploppable flora, I'd be happy to take a shot at creating the MMP files. It would be a new project for me, so no promises, but I've wanted to try modding MMPs for a while, and this seems like a small and manageable project to get started with.

Anybody ever consider redoing the Park Lane Hotel that disappeared years ago from existence in the Sc4 community? CBD8C1EE-BF48-4A32-BA49-AB754DA260DC.jpeg.80dd470fb4d4fe3f6b7d122aa338f051.jpeg

The Submarine Force Library & Museum. Address: 1 Crystal Lake Rd, Groton, CT 06340  Google Maps link
Home and museum of the "worlds first operational nuclear powered submarine, the USS Nautilus (SSN_571) and the first submarine to complete a submerged transit of the North Pole on 3 August 1958. "
Wikipedia

This would be a wonderful tribute to all the brave men and women that sacrifice their time and energy, putting their life on hold and being away from their families. And too often, they can not ever return, because they sacrificed their life for the greater good. We can never thank them enough! This museum, in SC4, could be one of those ways. One lot or even split into two, its up to you(Batters). And its really cool looking.60b0806ab9203_USSNautilusSubmarineForceMuseum.jpg.a94d2820f95a917c4321d00de3bd419a.jpg60b0837bc2867_Submarineforcearealfrontview2.jpg.39f80e93c39099b80687ab1661da87ba.jpg60b083a445de5_Submarineforcearealwaterview1.jpg.ca4c4df5258dab90ae0e5641be870223.jpg60b083aa8a0fd_Submarineforcearealwaterview2.jpg.ade841c72fa6a6de835ef315eacebada.jpgUSSNautilus_1.jpg.ca5f1ccad82efd0a84acab56a2fde90e.jpgsubmarine-force-library.jpg.9ecbab6db377bf9bbd1c9fdb1ea80c6c.jpg60b083cdb2760_Nautilusoverview.jpg.6c8236fc23cf75c2ede129362cac6ffe.jpg

Calling @mattb325, you seem to like these kind of lots, half land/half water. And you would be a prefect for the job. And I wonder if @Barroco Hispano would make the USS Nautilus to use? Sure would be nice if you guys could. If not, its all good, I am sure you both are uber busy.

@mitsos I am going to export my Pinus Halepensis. I have not exported them yet because a single pine would take 1 or two hours to render and I am lazy to do the mmp.

You are awesome man!!! You made my day, thank you so much Barroco Hispano.
