I happened to catch this at the right moment to make a screenshot trophy. (Yes, there's that ego again.)

So, now I'm Epic I guess it's the last attainable reputation label. There's no reason to go on... What'll become of me? ... ( hint, hint @Cyclone Boom )

I poked around the status updates and caught wind of a new feature showing a list of Top 20's for members. Under the Top 20 for all-time posters, I found I am #19 on that list! Not so fast, however. I'm neck-and-neck with the following member and he may overtake me quickly since there is like a 3 point difference between us. In spite of that, to set foot on and be part of the Top 20 site-wide however is a tremendous honor!

I recently passed the 100 rep points mark!

It's a small achievement I know, I know... Man I really should post more often. Many thanks, nevertheless!

Also, if I timed this post correctly I should have exactly a 100 difference between posts and reputation.

Edit: I did time it correctly!

I also went from being a Senior, to a Backpacker. Is it the next rank, or is it just a rank you get when you have a 100 post/reputation difference?

I'm pretty sure the Rank is based on the number of posts only. The reputation has its own meaning if you go to your profile. If you happen to find old posts you'll see some members there with various ranks based on their number of posts but no reputation points cause the rep feature came along later on in some update to the site software. So you'll be a Backpacker for a while until you get to the next rank. I forget which is next and I certainly don't recall at what post count you get it.

Yes, that's correct. There are separate ranks for both posted content & rep totals, and they aren't influenced by each other.

The rep feature was first introduced in early 2011, when the site upgraded to IP.Board. This replaced a local points system which was only visible to yourself. These were given for achievements or when doing things around the site (like posting or uploading to the STEX).

There's a good example in this post.

      I just broke 1000 Rep points , actually 1001 . And that makes me Epic . Not to mention I participated in the Classic Model , New Lot Challenge . That was/is my first upload of content to the STEX other than comments and images in the other threads . Thank You Simtropolis , you help me have reason to not give up on many things .

Broke 3,000 rep and today marks 12 and a half years of being a member on ST. Really can't believe it was that long ago when the most exiting mods on my mind were industrial quadrupler and radical ordinance. And skyscrapers. Lots and lots of skyscrapers.

So, I happened to go to my own profile and I found a Gold Ribbon Trophy Cup award thinger there.

I was planning to wait until I had 1000 posts for my next milestone post, but I decided the 1400 rep could count as one. And/or my 27 stalkers. (Y'all will only see 26 if you check cause one's anonymous.) So then I clicked on the ribbon and found the Leaderboard listings and I guess I've won on other days too and had 2^nd and 3^rd place multiple times. Also, apparently, I'm 44^th from the top for total rep. While I'm not in it for any competition with other peeps, it does make me wonder how many total ST members there are so I could calculate what percentage size group I'm in. Then I wonder if the site tracks total number of Big Heart posts (the 10+ likeys ones)?

And all this has occurred in the 256 days since I joined this fantastic site!

      Same here , checked out my profile and noticed a gold trophy ribbon . Apparently on Nov.10 I had 16 likes on my nature scene I had posted and something else one other day . Also I have become an "Urban Architect"  .
