These days, you can find dark mode, everywhere, from Windows to Reddit. SimCity 4 also has dark mode, too. But, have you ever think how to make your SimCity 4 even darker too? Well, this mod is exactly for ya. It's designed specifically to make the best dark mode ever achieved in SimCity 4's modding history. No other mods come close to this. We have been collaborating with experts from various field, from modders, pro players, to even color scientists, for almost 4 years. This is the result. The secret sauce is pretty simple.
- The mod will circumvent any event management on Gonzo framework
- The mod will circumvent clock cycle in your computer
- The mod will circumvent your home's meter
- The mod will do its own tricks, aka good ol' power cut
- Voila! You get an ultimate dark mode
To install this mod, you just need to drag the file to your Plugins folder. To uninstall (which is unlikely, I guess?), just move out from the folder.
There are lots of serious side effects to be considered before you install this mod.
- It'll close your SimCity 4 session. This could be serious especially if you enable it before you save your city. Save your city first before attempting to do so.
- It'll mess up your CPU. I mean, seriously. I guess these days, CPUs are cheap huh? No problem.
- It'll mess up your power meter. This could land you into legal disputes between you and your electric company. Consult your own lawyer before enabling this mod.
- It'll cut off electricity going to your neighborhood. Again, this is very serious legal problem. Consult your own lawyer.
- It'll cut every single electric grid in this whole world. You're entirely responsible for what are you doing with this mod!
Failing to do so will list you in every single Most Wanted lists in every country's police. You'll be invaded by militaries, including from Area 52. Oh yeah, Dr Vu will threaten you to stop this mod or else... (fill in). You'll lose everything, both regarding SimCity 4 and even real life. This mod is only be used for people who have unlimited courage and responsibility.
