Ritzwitz House by Ohdude 1.0.0

This is absolutely marvelous ohdude. The modeling is unique and attractive, richly textured and sumptuously detailed with classical and Art Deco elements, and the curved wall and terraced roof plazas adds visual interest. A check in PIM-X shows the modding is perfect, it programmatically fits right in with the vanilla buildings. Unique, well executed, with a fashionable upscale vibe, what more could we hope for for our wealthy burgs. Bravo ohdude! 5/5!
