I'm very appreciative of Ohdude's designs - historically inspired BATs require a lot of attention to detail when modeling, and they also require careful texturing to mimic brick, stone and other very visually complex facades in a way that blends into the game's base models. This is thoughtfully done with a well-proportioned cornice, mansard roof and dormers, and modern details like the roof equipment to make it feel appropriate to a modern urban setting.
