About This File
Engineering Department, by Mattb325.
---------------------------------------
This is a simple, fictional mid-century styled BAT that I made to utilise a number of features in 3ds Max and Gmax (Bitmap & Procedural Materials, custom LODs, transparency, etc) and ultimately replicate these results in Blender (the model was then donated to folks to see if they could get these results replicated in a program other than 3dsMax and then get it into SC4).
The building you get in this download acts a college and is designed to be placed along diagonal roads.
It is offered as a college and educates up to 12,000 Sims.

NOTE ABOUT DARK NITE vs MAXIS NITE:
There are two model files. One for users with night darkening mods (suffixed DN) and one for users with no such mods installed (suffixed MN).You must select and install only one file - depending on which night version you use. If you are unsure whether you have a night-darkening mod installed, then choose the Maxis night version.
If you use the dark nite version, you will need a dark nite mod. (http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/23089-simfox-day-and-nite-modd/)

Inadvertently included the MN version with both model files: corrected with its own folder. Doesn't have any impact on the download, but looks 'cleaner'
