We want instant nowadays: instant computer, instant money, instant food, etc. And, I show you, the Instant City region. This mod helps you to build a city in a blink of eye. You can give it a name and your name and voila, your city is complete. You can even forget about SimCity 4 essential. Of course, you can still govern your city. But, for day to day to even advanced tasks you don't want to worry about, your advisors are doing those. Instant City isn't only providing a way to dramatically easing the growing of RCI, but also programmatically generating the city exclusively for you by expert planners and designers. Every city developed in the region is officially guarantied to be totally unique and perfectly beautiful even to the smallest details. There are also a concierge service for you if you have a problem with the mod. You are now officially allowed to have not doing any tasks and enjoy the opulence given by the Mansion.
We have collaborated with experts to make the region to be easy to install. To install the region, you can open the zip file. After that, you can just drag or extract Instant City folder to the Region folder in Documents. Then, launch SimCity 4. Finally, establish your cities in the region and reap up the benefits. Instant City is compatible with every single mod out there in the past, present, and future. Therefore, no backups are required.
Before you enjoy the region, there are problems and tips regarding the region:
- The region is so beautiful. So beautiful that your computer and even your phone, camera, etc can't capture the region. To capture the region without crashing the computer, phone, camera, etc, you have to contact our concierge service to capture the region instead.
- Primordial Dream will be played constantly in the region. Not only in the region, the music will be played in your cities, too. If you fear with the music, you can't just turn down the volume or uncheck the music in the settings. You have to contact our concierge service to mute the music.
- Advisors may complain you. Maybe, they thought you're lazy. You can't resolve the complaints yourself, even if you try hard. You have to contact us to provide mediation between you and the advisors.
- You can't have disaster in your cities. If you, for some reason, want to have disasters in your cities, you have to contact both us and Dr. Vu to create a memorandum of understanding.
- Your citizens may complain you. Maybe, they thought you're destroying their buildings constantly. Again, you have to contact us to legally provide mediation between you and the citizens.
- You can't have a city without any beauty at all. You have to use our bespoke service or let us design your city.
- You can't borrow money from external parties. You have to only borrow money from us. We currently offer 0% interest loans.
- You can have investment in your city. Consult with our concierge service. We will bring our financial experts to your conversations.
- You can use mods whatever you want, even mods that will exist in the future. You can consult with our concierge service.
- Don't leave your region without your supervision. Otherwise, this could happen.
- You may produce so much money. You can spend your money lavishly. But, you should seek advice from our financial advisors.
- You will need a high-spec'd computer to build cities smoothly. The minimum specs are Core i9-9900K or i9-8950HK or better CPU, GTX 1080 Ti or better GPU, 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of drive space in a NVMe drive. The recommended specs are Xeon 8180 or better CPU, RTX 2080 Ti or better GPU, 128 GB of RAM and 4 TB of drive space in a NVMe drive. Unfortunately due to coding, we can only support Windows version on a Windows system or Wine.
