You'll have my eternal love. While Jenx's work was (and still is pure genious), the measurements of the lots made it quite challenging, on the other hand, this is JUST perfect! Well done.

WOW!!!  Simple a work of art that would be a center piece to any major downtown.

This is a true masterpiece, an artwork of batting brought to its best. Now - thanks to you - my sims don't need to sing under the shower anymore. They can go to the Palais Garnier and prove their talent there and so the whole neighbourhood feels better.
