UPDATE: STEAM Workshop link now available in download options. Version 2 is now up, with the whole interchange now made of highway for better capacity and flow.
This is a three level roundabout interchange between two highways, one elevated and one ground, with the roundabout between the two.
This interchange is 54x54 tiles and is oriented in orthogonal, so you can count tiles and make an exact gap for it in your existing highways, then right-click, hold and drag to carefully rotate the piece into place.

To install, unzip file, then move the "TPB CSLIA - Roundabout Interchange v1.crp" file into \Users\*YOU*\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets
Replace *YOU* with whatever your user account name is on your machine.
Please note the AppData folder is hidden by default, you'll have to show hidden files in explorer to find it.
