DEVELOPER NOTES
Okay - this is an "unfinished" product... it was batted by Ill Tonkso, but he never got around to add proper textures to the roof (and apparently has no plans to do so). That's why there are workers crawling all over the place pretending to work hard on finishing the roof.
So - take it or leave it ;-)
You find all items at or near the end of the 'Railroad' menu.
INSTALLATION
Extract/Copy the Paeng parent folder into your Plugins folder.
To uninstall, bulldoze any instance of this lot in your city, then remove the file(s) from your Plugins.
