Guess who's back modelling Irish buildings?  :party:

 

I'm very proud to present to all of you the first Luas GLR station for Simtropolis which was based on Milltown Luas stop on the Green Line.

Luas stations are very simple and contain a variety of objects for easy embarking and disembarking, perfect for suburban GLR stops for SimCity 4 to feed into your elevated rail or subway network for the inner-city.

 

I plan on modelling more Dublin and Cork buildings throughout the year, excuse my lack of uploads; I've been busy with my engineering degree :)

 

Dependencies: None!

Note that there's a custom icon instead of the usual grey background, it's the Luas logo in the Miscellaneous section

 

Up next? Pearse Station, Stephen's Green Shopping Centre, or more Luas stops (Harcourt/Ranelagh/Charlemount). Comment below with your preference!  :ducky:

It's from the LEX, it's the DART suburban rail train. You can only have one skin installed per mode of transport at a time (note that El Rail, subway and GLR are all the same type of transport)  :)

Awesome. I know this stop and since i'm going to dublin to study engineering in TCD this year I'm going to become even more familiar with the Luas. Looking forward to seeing more :). Would it be possible to make a Luas tram model?

Ha awesome! I'm just going into 2nd year TCD engineering :) I'm planning on creating a very large Dublin pack, I had a large amount modelled; but they got corrupted in 3ds Max! I plan on doing a lot with transportation and landmarks in the near future :)
