Due to rising land values in Islington with a wave a development and cuts to the fire budget the fire department has decided to sell this station's car park for redevelopment. Good public transport links mean employees do not need to drive to work in Islington.
This fire station is the standard one found in the game minus car parking allowing you to replace an existing station with this one and to rezone the freed space how you see fit. Or the fire station could be used as a new development were space is at a premium.
In short: Reduces the plot size of the Maxis 3x2 Fire Station to 2x2.
