Iberiada Set re-lotted
This is a big set of Lots for your Mediterranean cities. It includes R$, R$$ and R$$$ Lots from stages 1 to 7,
all of them grow only in the European tileset and in residencial medium density. Also I made a few CS$$ corner Lots
CONTENTS
The size of the Lots are diferent depending on the stage and the purpose: 1x1, 1x2, 2x2, 2x4, 3x4, 4x4, 4x2. Click ctrl while you are zooning to get the size you want.
The lots are distrubuted this way:
R$: 43 Lots stage 2 to 6.
R$$: 22 Lots stage 1 to 7.
R$$$: 10 Lots stage 1 to 7.
CS$$: 10 Lots stage 3 to 7.
To increase the variety I made "Building as props" ( named prop_MDT_.... in the LotEditor) for every model, and varied prop families for these props ( named prop_MDT_....).
Also I made Building families for almost all the descs (MDT_...). All the Descs are named like the models ( Kam... or kaimenica...).
I don't DAT the Lots so you can modifying at your own.
The 2x4, 3x4 and 4x4 Lots were designed to make eyecandy pedestrian streets between the buildings. See the pictures in the zip for more information.
I included a Word document wih a table with all the Lots for every stage, wealth and Lot size.
The set is not realistic in the sense that such buildings should not be R$. But I wanted to have a functional Mediterranean city and that's the best way I've found to get it, minimizing plopables.
Important: If you use the BSC No Maxis files or another Maxis Building Blocker, make sure you have more custom Lots at least for the first stages (1,2,3)
I highly recommended to use MBEAR Italian models, lotted by mickebear an Jeronij.
The set is compatible with "Paeng's sidewalk mod" and "Gobias' sidewalk mod"
DEPENDENCIES
It's a huge set with diferent wealths and varied Lots so the dependency list is extensive. I made the set for my own region and didn't know I'll share.
So please, don't rate bad for the amount of dependencies. I just want someone else can enjoy the set.
