This particular plan is taken from a Sears Roebuck catalogue from the early 1920s. Sears also produced a single family home of the same name which was very popular across the United States: a surviving example of the single family home version can be seen at 5925 N.Nina Ave Chicago which gives a good indication of what this apartment complex would have looked like.
Alhambra condos are an charming duplex to assist in transitioning from the low density suburban sprawl of single family homes to the higher density apartments of your downtown.
Each building has 2 townhouse style apartments/condos; each unit has three floors and each enjoys a private, sun-soaked terrace at the top of the apartment.
Perfect for R$$ Sims, the Alhamba duplex are presented on a 2x2, 3x2, and 2x3 lot.
This will grow on medium and high density zones at stage 4. Use the control key while zoning to assist growth.
There are two variations in a building family which will appear at random on the lot. This lot will grow on all the Houston, Chicago and New York tilesets.
