About This File

BurgerFuel
(Fully Mac Compatible)
(Maxis Night and DarkNite)

BurgerFuel is New Zealand's best burger joint. From fresh burgers to crispy fries, it has it all. If you come to New Zealand and don't go to BurgerFuel, you are really missing out.
This building is a representation of what their buildings look like. Burgerfuel don't usually have stand alone buildings, however their style has been translated into this building which features their seating and their iconic blue and purple night lights. This was a building that I had waiting to be exported for a while now, and Im finally getting it into game.

There are two versions, both a Maxis Night and a DarkNite.
Which come in both a functional landmark and growable.
Both 1x2 CS$$ lots, with 32 jobs each.

No Dependencies.

Its also fully mac compatible, which means that all nightlights will work on mac, and all other platforms too.

To Download: Click on the download link and either choose to download Maxis Night for normal city builders, or DarkNight for those running the Day'n'Night Modd.
Do Not Download And Install Both! Just One!

More files to come in the next few weeks.

I assume that this is a quickly-made BAT, you are a good at making BATs and you could've improve the textures.
But it still look like BAT :)

Interesting and useful. What is that .DS_Store file in the second level? I figure it is irrelevant to windows users?

Nice. Slightly off topic, but I'm half New Zealand and I've never even heard of this place.

I lived in New Zealand for years... how do I not know about this place? It sounds awesome though... next time I'm over there I've gotta check it out.

Great BAT, great upload, the only thing that needs attention is the packaging. You've included the model + texture files twice in each DL, which isn't really the done thing for obvious reasons. One of the models in the MaxisNite version is also missing a file name extension, so the game won't load it and the user will get a brown box if they don't notice and manually fix this. The archive also includes a bunch of OSX files which I imagine aren't visible on a Mac but would confuse some Windows users. I'd reccomend doing any packiging on your Windows partition.

Thanks cockatoo. Next time your over here you should definitely check it out, its amazing!

Fixed all the suggestions you made about the packaging. The model and texture twice totally slipped my mind, obviously its not really the greatest thing to do. And yeah, must have accidentally changed the extension when tidying up the names.
Never noticed the hidden files becoming unhidden on windows. Definitely weird that they show up on windows. Will always package on windows from now on.
If anyone has these weird files in their plugins, don't worry, they won't do anything. Just delete them, they have no purpose. On macs they help speed up searches and other mac specific processes, so they will do nothing to windows users.

Ah the home of the world famous in New Zealand 'Doofer'... or the especially patented cardboard burger holder thingymajigger.
