About This File

I have been modeling quite a lot, but have been so busy playing the game that I have not uploaded for a while. This model is based on one found flanking Mount Boron in Nice, France. This is lotted to meet the wants of my city, but please feel free to re-lot with PIM/Lot Editor.

Updated for Mac users of the 64-bit version of SC4. The original files would cause a CTD when attempting to load a city, due to faulty 1 Rep values (more on that here).

These have been tested on the current Mac version.

Great job on this residential! I like the realism and details very much. It looks just like some of the condominiums in Miami and South Padre Island. Excellent work! Thank you for sharing.
