Well, I had these ones laying around for a while and I have my periods when I'm working pretty dedicated on one project...

I've been looking for something like these without wires for a while. These should come in handy.

Europeans always have style, including for the most rusty and industrial things.

I understand that at usual CS4 zooms, seeing wires is rather useless (and that is what you meant). But "wireless" high voltage lines are a bit "Star Treckie". More seriously, your pylons are exquisite. 5/5.

These seem incredibly realistic.
Unfortunately it seems like i stopped modeling for simcity because of my crashed HHD. I also started a google earth project wich gives me alot more freedom for something like this
further more fantastic work. i will put them to good use

How do you get it to conduct power? Seems it only does so when pylons are placed four tiles apart from each other.

I get this glitch that if you alter the slope of the tile the pylon stands on you get a missing texture or embankment error. I've checked and I got all dependencies. (When I plop it on a slope I don't get the error until I alter the tile again (i.e. flatten the tile by placing roads around the pylon to make it level)

 

Not that big of a deal but thought I would mention it.
