    I like to leave a gap between my skyscrapers so that I can lay plazas and flower parks so that desirability is high enough to get skyscrapers. So I generally go for 9x12 (fitting six 4x4 zones in one block.) Heres my incredibly unrealistic and unfinished CBD. Good luck. Amazing! Are those all high wealth buildings?

    THANK YOU SO MUCH! Man, this explains a lot, since i was looking at other people's cities and saw barely any power lines.
  10. First of all, I am quite new to simcity. So, I went on the wiki and found out how to generate power and that you have to use power lines to spread power, but I found out they take up to much space (I had to make gaps in my residential areas). So is there an efficient way of disturbiting power without power lines?
