Hello Everyone, I've been off the site for a while but I wanted to upload a few BATs I did a while back, for those who wanted them. This one is a craftsman style (or arts and crafts/bungalow) home that were popular in the 1920-40s. I based this BAT off an actual kit home (see photo). I also did a matching detached garage. Enjoy! Stats: - 2x3 Lot - $$ Res - Grow lot only - Way cool colors (as shown in photo) Dependencies: - Vintage Cars (not required) - Garage is Included You can see these in action on my CJ: City Noir
  3. I love your Cincinnati Union Terminal lot! Are you going to be making any more buildings from the Queen City?

  4. Toledo Glass Pavilion

    I love it!
  5. Vintage Power Lines

Ravenhold: if you only use the corner, short, and standard lots (not the two offset ones) then they should extend your power grid since only one space will be left between lots. Hope that helps!
  6. Vintage Power Lines

wow, this is truly embarrassing guys, I'm sorry! I made these a while back for something else so when I went to upload them to the stex I only uploaded the lots and forgot all about the props! Thanks for pointing it out, I can't believe no one else did! The file now has the props in it.

Older looking power lines for your cities and rural areas. Lot Descriptions: - 1 x 1 size - Lines are overhanging props - Found in the Power menu - Set on a transparent base - Have a $2 a month cost - Produce no power - The 2 and 3 segment lots are overhanging so that you can run them over buildings and homes. - They should function line power lines (extending power service) if you only use the 1 segment, corner, and short lots. The 2 & 3 segment lots will not do this. - Can be placed on hillsides and uneven terrain however the next lot in the chain must be at the same elevation as the one before it to make the lines match up Includes 5 Lots: - 1 Segment: spans 3 grid squares - 2 Segments: spans 5 grid squares - 3 Segments: spans 7 grid squares - Corner: spans 3 grid squares - Short: spans 2 grid squares See screenshots for examples. 11. Sunken Viaduct Rail Station

Hey guys, thanks for the compliments and suggestions. If you guys would like a longer platform simply Open the platform lot file up in editor, remove the fences at the end, and save it as a new file. then you can simply plop extra pieces of platform to make the length as you like it. I didn't do this because I often didn't have enough space for more than 2 or three tiles on my sunken network. It's a good suggestion so I may do an update and add it.Thanks!

Kajjrem those are BATS that I have created but not yet released. I plan on putting them both out next week.
  13. Sidetrack: Bastion - Neighborhoods

Jamster_00 I wish I was good enough to make my own networks, sadly I'm not. I made special lots that are 4 deep by 1 wide so that only the special lots for them would grow in the neighborhoods. At the road front of each lot is a overhanging prop that gives the illusion of wide street, with wide sidewalks, with a tram network on it. It's actually just a tram on road network underneath which works because the sidewalks on that network type are very very small. I'm working on intersections to complete the look but for now the streets stop at the intersections.

mm092855: that is a retaining wall set I made for my own use. I'd be happy to upload it if you want it.
