ReZonePlus Mod - Version 1.1
Introduction
Hello Simtropolis! This mod is a modification to the game which I created that eliminates minimum and maximum barriers as well, eliminating the cost of zoning and de-zoning (Why should you have to pay to mark/zone an area?). 
***Remember: This mod is a realism mod. There are no significant cheats included in this mod except the elimination of zone and dezone costs. Since streets are eliminated with the ingame ''dezone'' tool, Street removal cost is still included.***
Files
This mod includes one file which is installed when the installer is run.
-ReZonePlus.dat - Eliminates dezoning cost; Eliminates zoning cost; Eliminates maximum zoning area; Eliminates minimum zoning area.
Dependencies
None.
Installation
1. Unzip the folder.
2. Run the install program.
