This mod well by its name well shut up 2 of your advisers and some of the other ones most stupid statements. like this on for example roads rule in #city# but streets becoming endangered. why i made this we all there was a mod called stupid news ticker unfortunately it did not take out all of the stupid adviser statements like the on i gave above this one is more powerful then the old one. 
hers a description of what i did to the advisers.
city planer took out that stupid roads rules statement and the need for more zones such as Sims. scout for office zones etc. and much more.
finance took out her nasty warnings that your city is running low on money you can already tell that your city is low on funds by looking at the numbers you don't need her help but she will still grant you business deals such as the caisson etc.
uitlies i could not find the right file for him but most people says he pretty helpful so i just tuned him out.
transportation found the file but lots of people say he is good and helpful so just tuned him out you play around with the file though .
safety good enough but i did take out the need for jails and a fire station as well as police and nor road connection to the fire/polices stations very useful if you are using the take out fire mod from the RCI pack mod and well trash his stupid stuff as well.
health&eduction i shuted her up for good you will no longer hear her garbage she spews at you any more.
environmental- shuted her up for good she will no longer spew her garbage at you any more can not promise you that your water will stop getting turned off though.
besides of what i got rid of you will you will still get reward alerts airport upgrades
strikes only for fire/polices and transit workers all transportation advice all uilties advice all god job messages from the 5 advisers that i have not shuted up all the way& disaster alerts such as fire rioters bust pipes etc. to install open the zipped and put the shut up adviser mod in your plugins folder to uninstall delete the file enjoy tested work great no bugs no ctds i provided an in game picture for more proof that it works btw.
