All lots are in separate files so you can delete the ones you do not wish to use.

They are located at or near the bottom of the 'Parks' menu with custom icons.

Excellent work - since I upgraded to Peg's Marina I wanted some way to plop some of those Recreational boats.  I also like that the lot files are separated.  The only thing I'd suggest is randomizing through the different models like MGB did here - the only problem with his mod is that the 1x1 lot shadows are still showing.
